At the height of the dot com boom I became a web developer, and "crashed and burned" as perhaps I deserved to do.

One of the great things I learned is enough HTML to code this website.

The web held and still holds a similar promise as I saw in film - an experiential, all-at-once communications environment.

The real future of the web may well be the "internet of things."

The web is a great democratizer, and an integral part of my daily life.
